Individual Psychotherapy / Clinical Counselling*

$150 per 50-minute session
$225 per 75-minute session

Individual Mental Performance / Sport Counselling

*We offer a sliding scale rate; however, these are currently only reserved for Health Initiative for Men (HIM) clients who identify as gay, bisexual, queer, or gender diverse.
