Group Sessions / Workshops

*We offer a sliding scale rate; however, these are currently only reserved for Health Initiative for Men (HIM) clients who identify as gay, bisexual, queer, or gender diverse. If interested, please visit Counselling via HIM.

You may be eligible for coverage through your extended health care benefits. Please check with your insurance provider beforehand to ensure you are covered to work with a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Psychotherapist.
